Shervon Williams

Shervon Dubique Williams, MBA
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Shervon Williams has a servant’s heart for people! Whether it was as a financial advisor or currently as an entrepreneur in human services, Shervon likes to see clients happy and fulfilled with the services she offers. Shervon has a Bachelor’s in Business and Finance from the University of the Virgin Islands and a Master’s in Leadership and Entrepreneurship from Regent University. After observing a need for therapeutic services for moms and families that suffered maternal trauma or mortality, Shervon founded Comfort & Care Foundation Inc. to support moms and their families through group counseling. Shervon has been an entrepreneur since 2013 providing services in various capacities to those with mental health challenges.

Travis Williams

Travis Williams, MBS, CCHW
Chief Executive Officer
Travis Williams is the Chief Executive Officer of the Men’s Division at Comfort & Care Home Services, LLC. With over 15 years of dedicated community service in Hampton Roads, VA , he has made a significant contribution to the safety, education and welfare of the community. Travis holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Reform and is also a Certified Community Health Worker. His expertise and commitment have greatly contributed to improving the well-being of the community.

Esther Dubique

Esther Dubique, LCSW
Clinical Director
Esther has spent much of her social work career in social work services for over twenty years providing hands-on experience in child welfare, veteran, active-duty, and family services in Hampton Roads. Esther holds a master’s degree in Social Work from Norfolk State University and is actively pursuing a doctoral degree from Regent University. Esther deems herself to be a lifelong learner enjoying every aspect of learning new things. Equipped with the knowledge of the latest technology in the social work industry, Esther anticipates accumulating in the programs quickly and efficiently.

In private practice, Esther counsels’ adults and children in anxiety and depression behavioral activation. Esther enjoys seeing people do well and knows that life can be challenging and navigating turbulent times is daunting.

In her spare time, Esther volunteer’s her time to advance discipleship and her community in relationship building. Esther is the author of a children’s book: I want to go outside. Esther lives in Virginia Beach with family and relatives. Esther’s passion for the arts, festive music and outdoor activities spans her years in the Caribbean. Esther loves spending her time in quiet reflections on the beach and hanging around with family members. She holds love at the center of her life and all she does, taking nothing or time for granted.
